That's exactly why I'm active on YC. Yesterday, someone said their account was taken down on tumblr. Instead of the knuckleheads that most sites get comments from, the input there was from founders of well-known companies who talked frankly about how they handled similar situations and the bigger issue of take-down notices.

Thanks for including me in the list. I'm tweeting this out so others can join the conversation.

I refuse to use Twitter but I am wanting to simply keep reading these reasons.
Hilarious! If I did use Twitter...I would "follow" him just to "unfollow" him.

How inspiring Randy Pausch is! If you liked "The Last Lecture", another fantastic memoir I just read and highly recommend is "My Stroke of Insight" by Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor. Her TEDTalk video (ted.com) has been seen as many times as The Last Lecture I think, and Oprah did 4 shows on her book, so there are a lot of similarities. In My Stroke of Insight, there's a happy ending though. It's an incredible story! I hear they're making it into a movie.

[...] Some time back I found a box-set worth of Kevin Smith clips which I titled Kevin Smith vs. the Giant Spider. Today I found a sequel to that original post which I am calling An Evening with Kevin Smith. The clips add up to near two hours of Kevin smith talking about his movies. [...]
